Rules regarding Enrollment/Deposits/Consolidation of Deposits:
1. Application should be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner (Land) in the prescribed form along with one copy of passport size attested photograph of the applicant or his/her representative.
2. Details of documents and information attached to the application:
A. Photocopy/certificate copy of the concerned officer.
b. Inheritance Certificate (issued within a maximum of 3 (three) months (where applicable).
c. Certificate/photocopy of original document.
d. Certified/photo copy of Baya/Pit Deed since last survey.
e. Submission of land development tax payment.
f. Certified copy of court judgment/order/decree (if applicable).
G. Pen drawing with chauhddi described in Tapshil.
G. In case of representative, representative's name and full address, age, contact, signature and
1 (one) copy of passport size photograph should be attested by the applicant.
3. Enrollment / Deposit / Deposit Consolidation Fee:
A. Court fee 5/= (Five) rupees for application.
b. Notice Issuance Fee Rs.2 (two) for more than
4 (four) persons, for each person more than 4 (four) Rs.
c. Record correction fee 200/= Rs.
d) Copy Namjari / Mutation Khatian fee 43/= Rs. Total = 250/= Rs.
4. Deadline for disposal of application Maximum 45 (forty five) working days from the date of receipt of application.
** Contact Assistant Commissioner (Lands) directly for necessary assistance and any complaints.
** If no cooperation is received from the Assistant Commissioner (Lands), the Upazila Nirbahi Officer or the District Commissioner can immediately submit a written application.
